Every new year brings with it new trends and new opportunities and 2010 will be no exception. Travel industry research shows that almost 90% of the UK travelling population consider a holiday to be a luxury and would rather cut back in other areas than miss out. In the wake of cold winters and unreliable summers, the need to get away to sunnier climes is even greater than it was before. With the British working harder and longer than most of their European compatriots, the need to recharge and renew is very important, not least in terms of family and personal relationships.
In this edition, in addition to some our regular features, we continue to look at the possibility of travelling to Roda independently. Whichever method you choose to get to Roda this summer, we look forward to greeting old friends and renewing longstanding relationships. Happy New Year!
Kali Xronia to all lovers of Roda – may 2010 be good for you and we look forward to meeting you in the village. We have now been around the clock and we hope that you have enjoyed reading a full year’s editions of Roda Reports, all of which are still available through our archive section.
